Jill Stearns

Born and raised in Southern California, my husband and I made the move to Texas in 2006 to raise our family. After living in Round Rock for many years, we now proudly call Georgetown home. Over the past 20 years, we've watched this community grow and have loved being part of it.

I attended the University of California, Irvine, before beginning my professional career as an insurance agent. After taking time away from my career to raise our four children as a stay-at-home mom, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for real estate and became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2015.

Real estate has always been a part of my life. My mom was a Realtor while I was growing up, and I loved tagging along to showings and open houses. Those experiences sparked a passion that eventually became my career.

Over the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, investors, and veterans achieve their real estate goals. My business is built largely on referrals from past clients, something I consider one of the greatest compliments I can receive. I believe every client deserves honest communication, strong negotiation skills, and an agent who is committed to protecting their best interests from start to finish.
